Our Organic Black Tea Tree Handmade Soap was inspired by traditional African Black Soap, this bar contains cocoa butter, shea butter, and plantain leaf, with our tried and true soap base for great lather. Cacao and citrus oils balance with tea tree oil for a complex, earthy scent. Tea tree oil is perfect for treating many skin conditions including acne, fungal infections of the nails, and it's even good for athlete's foot and treating ringworm. Use it on your hair for dandruff too! 

Remember that tea tree oil can be strong and be too much for sensitive skin, so always test before using all over. We recommend if you've never used tea tree oil before to do a small spot test. Just rub a corner of the soap with water on a small 1 inch square on the inside of your arm. Rinse as normal and wait at least 2 hours to see if you have a reaction. If you aren't sensitive you should have no burning or redness from the spot test.. Each bar is hand cut and weighs approximately 4 ounces.
