You may return most new, unworn/unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

We have an Easy Returns button at the bottom of the website on every page or you can go here: https://southofmemphis.returnly.com/ to start the return process. It is easy, safe and quick! 

 

Shipping

We currently only ship to U.S. street addresses. Please do not provide P.O.Boxes, always give us a real street address if at all possible.If you do not have a street address because you are at a college or university or are military in most cases we can and will deliver to you without a street address based on the way colleges and the military handle their mail. 

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are based on weight and we try to use the lowest possible price we can for all of our shipping.Please note that some of our products are drop shipped by the manufacturer for us to save transit time and inventory costs on some items, thus saving you money in the long run. 

I thought I saw free shipping on your site?

We may on occasion offer free shipping during the holiday or back to school seasons. Be sure to watch our site for these events or join our mail list to find out ahead of time. We do not now, nor will we ever sell our email list to any other company. We hate junk mail as much as you do!

We also will not mail you more than once a week except during special sales for the holiday season or special discount events during the year. We know how frustrating constant emails from a shopping site can be and we try our best to limit ourselves.
